The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) provides merit-based scholarships to students enrolled at one of TMCF’s 47 member schools, which include the nation’s publicly supported HBCUs and predominantly Black institutions. Named in honor of the first African-American Supreme Court Justice, TMCF also provides career development services, internship and job placement assistance, and leadership programming. Eligible applicants must maintain a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and complete a FAFSA.
